Day Camp Bus Schedules
Transportation
Triple C Camp Buses are yellow with purple stripes and camp signs. We may also utilize Albemarle County School Buses, in which case they will have camp signage and camp staff. For afternoon pick up, campers must be greeted at the door of the bus by their parent/guardian or authorized person.
Look for Our Buses:
Barracks Road Shopping Center, look for the buses in the parking lot between Burger King and Ruby Tuesdays off Emmett Street.
Fashion Square Mall, the bus will be in the SOUTH parking lot, south of JCPenney.
Pantops, the bus will be located in the lot near the flagpole, behind Jiffy Lube.
Piedmont VA Community College, Stultz Center parking lot (former Monticello Visitor Center).

If You Bring Your Child To Camp
Morning Drop off time is 8:30am-8:45am. Staff will greet your camper in the parking lot in front of the office to check them in. Campers brought before 8:30am that are not part of our Early Drop Program will need to stay at their car, supervised by the adult who brought them.
Early Drop 7:30am. Staff will greet your camper in the parking lot in front of the office to check them in. Breakfast is available to these campers until 7:45. Campers must be pre registered for this portion of the camp program.
Late Arrivals
Please park by the Dining Hall/Office and come into the Camp Office. You must sign in your camper(s), and then leave them with the supervisor in charge. All campers are expected to the follow program schedule for which they are enrolled. Teen Scene campers will be out of camp Tues., Wed. and Thurs. Parent transported, late arrivals will be welcomed at the Field Trip Location.
Picking Up Your Child From Camp During the Camp Day
Campers who need to be pick up early MUST BE PICKED UP before 4:00pm. We must ensure the safety of every camper. The Office, the Counselors, the Bus Captains and the Bus Driver must be notified of transportation changes. Please give us plenty of warning. We suggest you use Bus Mail to send a note via the Bus Captain.
When you arrive at Camp please park by the Dining Hall/Office and come into the Camp Office. You must sign your child out at the office desk. This procedure ensures camper safety.
Registered Camp Pick up in the afternoon is 5:00pm-5:15pm. Due to bus traffic this is a strict time line. Upon arrival to camp you will be directed by staff as to where and how to park to ensure camper safety.
Late Pickups For parents who are late picking up their children, either at the bus or at camp, there will be an additional charge of $2.00 per minute for the extended care service. Payment will be due the following day.
