RYAN AT THE POOL

The Pioneer boys and girls got off to an awesome start this summer at Triple C. BRAD AND PEARCE led their Pioneers in outside games like Flood, Basketball, Kickball, and Dodgeball. They also went on a Scavenger Hunt and learned how to do Archery! Those brave little Pioneers were also quite the little fishes while swimming at the pool this week. The outstanding Pioneer girls worked on their arts and crafts skills with beads, braiding, and sand art. They also spent a lot of time outside playing Elbow Tag, Soccer, Duck Duck Goose, Mother May I, and Simon Says! Those Pioneer girls really impressed their counselors, KATY H AND TAMMY with their swimming abilities. Overall, the Pioneers had an incredible week and can't wait for next week when the Sky's the Limit!

Trailblazer boys and girls had a fun-filled week at Triple C. The boys spent plenty of time out and about learning new games, participating in Water Relays, kicking a lot of Soccer Balls, and playing Capture the Flag with the Trailblazer girls. They went to the pool everyday to work on their strokes and getting their counselors, CHRIS and RICHARD, soaked! Those fabulous Trailblazer girls, with their fearless leaders ALEXIS and REBECCA, made very cool Gimp Key Chains, spent time in the Nature Center with all the ferrets, rats, and rabbits, and showed off their fancy foot work while doing Line Dancing in the Pavilion. They also spent plenty of time outside swimming at the pool, playing Queen Ball and Fish and Whales. The Trailblazer boys and girls sure know how to have a good time, and they can't wait till next week when the Sky's the Limit!

Got to Explore...

Our Explorers definitely lived up to their name this week while being out and about and having Fun in the Sun. ADAM and LESLIE, the leaders of their many expeditions, led them to the Archery Range, the hoops of the Basketball Court, and of course to the Pool everyday to swim. In addition, they worked on their Future Tony Award nominations while preparing drama skits. These fabulous Explorers also played Floor Hockey in the Pavilion, Capture the Flag, and Queen Ball. They really impressed their counselors with their artistic abilities wile painting our famous Totem Pole. Overall, the brave Explorers showed all of camp how to have a good time and work together.

On Tuesday they began their weekly adventure by going to Glaze N' Blaze and showing off their artistic prowess. They then had lunch at McIntire Park to round off their afternoon out. Wednesday took them to the McIntire Recycling Center where they performed their weekly community service. Afterwards they went to play Putt-Putt! On Thursday the Teen Scene traveled to Walnut Creek for a fun day in the sun swimming, canoeing, and sunbathing! Friday they tested their skills at the Challenge Course and worked on their team building skills. KATY MAC, their fearless leader, made sure they had an awesome week.
