Greetings
from Triple C Camp!
UP, UP, and AWAY we went this week in all sort of ways.
From kites and paper airplanes to paper mache hot air balloons
everyone had a blast!
The
first overnight of the summer was a huge success as we swam,
night hiked, played, cooked s'mores and made memories together.
MORE FUN TO COME!!

The
GREAT OUTDOORS campers had a fun filled week as they caught
salamanders, blazed new trails and cooked at the campfire.
No moss grows under the feet of these movers and shakers.
And speaking of shakers the ART & DRAMA campers learned
new dances, shimmied and Chicken Danced for the entire camp
at Round up. And WHOA...there's more, the HORSEBACK RIDERS
have some members of the group that really were UP UP &
AWAY as they began jumping!! The horses were jumping that
is, with the campers safely on their backs. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!
and those SPORTS & GAMES gurus

as
they shot archery, hoops and hit home runs. There is never
a dull moment at Sports & Games. Even the Draft was
a hot topic of discussion, and what will the future of the
BULLS be? WHERE WILL YOUR EXPLORER BE NEXT WEEK? TRIPLE
C CAMP IS THE PLACE TO BE!
Look up in the sky, it's a bird, it's a plane it's
.THE
PIONEERS, who had a super week! Lots of Superman floating
was going on in the pool this week as the swim lessons progressed
at soaring speeds.
As
the pioneers went to specialists they learned more about
safely hiking in the woods, creating paper planes, learning
how chickens fly, reptiles crawl and creatively work together
at the Challenge Course (where they got wet, while working
on those teambuilding skills) The second Grade Girls made
paper mache hot air balloons, spent time slipping and sliding
and played lots of fun new games. The First Grade Gals SMMMOOOTHLY
made a special snack to help them cool off one afternoon.
And the Pioneer Boys...they loved being boys, playing,

and getting as dirty as they could!
All
the Pioneers enjoyed welcoming the newest Triple C Campers-TULIP
and LILLY- the lambs to the Petting Zoo!
See you all next week!

Traveling Teen Sceners
WOW!
TEEN SCENE was all over the map this week as they traveled
to Chris Green Lake on Tuesday and then ventured into the
alleys, bowling that is! And who had the high score? Counselor
DREW! Wednesday the Crew traveled to local sites to assist
in Community service. The Macintyre Recycling Center, Penn
Park and Winter Haven were the hosts to our amazing, dedicated
hardworking campers. GREAT JOB TEEN SCENE! A trip to C'ville
Ice Park followed the morning of effort. Thursday was fantabulous
as the gang soared from the top of the slides at Shenandoah
Acres Resort. The slides were a favorite as the campers
slipped and slidded through the day. The Sand
